Volunteers
For more information about the Volunteers Committee, please come to the Volunteers Informational Meeting on Sunday, December 4th at 11:00am at the UVSA office.
The forms are due by December 11th @ 3:00pm. You must turn in your form to the UVSA office (or have your club president or someone else turn them in for you). We are only accepting hard copies of the application. No online submissions will be accepted. If you have any questions regarding volunteering, feel free to contact Christy Nguyen (UVSA/colleges) at christynguyen@ymail.com or Jackie Nguyen (VAHSA/high school) at jackie.nguyen@uvsa.org. You will also be able to contact the volunteers director, Khanh Tran, with any questions at khanh.tran@uvsa.org.

To ensure a speedy transaction, please download the application and have it filled out completely prior to coming to the office. Please write your check after your paperwork has been verified.
*Credit card transactions will incur a 2.828% fee. To expedite the process, please fill out the application to the best of your knowledge prior to coming to our office. Please note: we only accept personal/cashier’s check, money order, or credit card (credit cards will incur a 2.828% transaction fee). Checks will be cashed the same day and if it comes back with non-sufficient funds, you will be subjected to a $35 penalty.
