Vendors

For general information regarding vendor booths, please view our Vendor Proposal to the right. To purchase a booth, please download the forms below and fill them as thoroughly as possible. You may submit your forms by fax or by visiting our office during the hours listed below. Available booths are listed on our map which is updated daily. Booth reserverations are not allowed and are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis, which requires all forms submitted along with a copy of your drivers license and payment. Please call us to verify booth availability.

 

Payment

We accept check or money order written to UVSA or credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISC). For the remainder of the 2007 year, credit card transactions will not incur any additional charges. However, starting January 1, 2008, all credit card transactions will incur an additional 2% charge + $0.20 transaction fee. Credit card transactions must be completed in the office with your drivers license.
